House Removal Frequently Asked Questions

Easy… Just use the phone number or contact form provided on our website and give us a few details and we will be able to give you a price in no time!

Unfortunately no. We run on a tight schedule so booking needs to be fixed and scheduled. It would not be fair to other customers to have a provisional booking and we find the whole operation runs smoother with this policy.

We do not disconnect washing machines, dishwashers or other similar white goods as this is the responsibility of the owner but of course, we can move the items to your new location.

Our staff are the best in the business. All employees go through third-party and in-house training and are then chaperoned on working jobs until fully qualified to work in our highly professional removal teams!

We are insured for all eventualities, including removals of items from domestic properties and commercial office buildings.

It may be tempting to carry out a DIY house removal or the moving of a single item by yourself, but it quite often costs you more money and time than hiring a professional removal team! We are experts at removing household items safely and quickly so put up your feet, make a cuppa and leave it to the experts!

As soon as possible and preferable at least 3 to 4 weeks before your moving date! As soon as you know the home moving date, let us know to avoid disappointment.

Please be as organised as possible. Disconnect TV’s, electrical items and white goods. Remember to wrap the wiring safely on these items for easier removal. Please try and box as much as you can, with as few loose items as possible. If you are short on boxes, get in touch and we may be able to help!
